15-20 minutes of moving to the music to energize the body, increase circulation, and easily get half of the recommended exercise (physical activity) the body needs to be healthy and maintain a normal weight.

Date:      Every Tuesday and Thursday Morning

Price:     $20.00 per Month

Location: Zoom Activity - at 7:00 and 8:00 AM ET

Details:

  • Begins on the first of the month

  • This is a live activity with the Wellness Coach providing encouragement 

  • 15 minutes of moving to music

  • A good start on the 30 minute recommended daily physical activity

  • Since this is an exercise, you will need to sign a waiver prior to participating (below).

    • The waiver only needs to be submitted once.
