This 2-week class will help you understand the power of the mind-body connection. It is a mindful, healthy-eating class that will challenge you to slow down, reflect on what you are eating and why, and give you the tools you need to cook meals for better health and well-being

Monthly Wellness Presentations

These presentations will provide information on diseases and health issues that affect a large share of the American population. It will also cover how to prevent, treat, and manage these issues.

Get a Detailed Explanation of Your Lab Results

Laboratory tests and blood work are ordered by a healthcare provider to detect infections and diseases. It is important for the patient (you) to understand your laboratory results.

Just Move!

15-20 minutes of moving to the music to energize the body, increase circulation, and easily get half of the recommended exercise (physical activity) the body needs to be healthy and maintain a normal weight.

Moot's Health Connection Meeting

Monthly on-line (Zoom) group meeting to help people stay on track with their healthy eating lifestyle.

One-on-One Wellness Sessions

Personalized one-on-one sessions with a Health and Weight Loss Specialist to address your unique situation with a program tailored to your needs.
